I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond, especially Thangaraj, who felt like a true part of our event team. Although the restaurant service needs improvement and communication could be better with staff knowing more languages, the food quality was top-notch and worth every penny. Overall, it's an excellent choice for groups or individuals looking for comfort and support during their stay.
